Senior Coordinator, Brand Partnerships & Business Development

Mission: The Senior Coordinator, Brand Partnerships & Business Development supports the agency’s partnership sales, creative, and marketing efforts. This role blends commercial acumen with creative storytelling, ideal for someone who is as comfortable researching prospects and managing outreach campaigns as they are developing compelling presentations or content that brings partnership ideas to life.
Expected Outcomes:
Sales & Business Development Cycle Support
Support all stages of the sales and business development process — from initial outreach through to contract execution.
Develop and manage cold outreach campaigns using CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., PipeDrive, MailShake).
Draft outreach emails and sales messaging that effectively communicate partnership value proposition and inspire engagement. Coordinate the CRM system to track pipelines, communications, and follow-ups.
Prepare reports and dashboards summarizing sales activity and partnership status.
Support in drafting and organizing term sheets, proposals, and partnership agreements, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
Creative & Presentation Development
Build visually compelling, brand-forward sales decks and proposals that tell engaging partnership stories.
Collaborate with design and strategy teams to develop custom pitch materials and case studies.
Use AI-driven tools to generate creative visuals and mock-ups that bring partnership ideas to life.
Maintain and update a central library of sales materials, visuals, and templates.
Marketing & Content Development
Contribute to the agency’s LinkedIn and Instagram content, highlighting partnership wins, case studies, and industry insights.
Ensure consistent tone and brand presentation across all content.
Monitor performance of posts and assist in developing content calendars that support the agency’s brand growth.
Support the preparation of post-campaign reports and partnership recaps.
Prospecting & Research
Research and identify potential brand partners across categories including travel, lifestyle, automotive, tech, finance, fashion, and consumer goods (and more).
Build and maintain comprehensive prospective lists and outreach databases.
Track industry trends, sponsorship activity, and emerging brand categories relevant to our clients
Client Management Support
Support client management requirements including developing agendas, contact reports, presentation decks, and status updates.
Create effective working relationships with client contacts.
Assist in the development of client partnership architectures and asset discovery.
Support day-to-day client communication, ensuring timely responses, follow-ups, and the smooth flow of information between clients and internal teams.

Skills, Qualifications and Key Accomplishments:
Must-haves
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years’ experience in partnership sales and/or management, business development, or brand marketing (agency, brand, or rights-holder side).
Strong business writing and storytelling skills; experience building persuasive, clear and visually engaging decks.
Willingness to take on a variety of tasks to achieve a collective outcome.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Advanced PowerPoint and Excel are assets.
Experience with CRM or sales outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Mailshake).
Familiarity with AI tools for design or content (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
Nice-to-haves
Bilingual (English/French or other languages).
Experience working in an agency sport, entertainment, culture or media
Proficiency with CRM/sales tools and a curiosity for new tech and AI-driven creativity.
Experience working with Web flow and Square Space
