Elevate the potential of sport, culture, and community. That has been our first mission since we opened our doors ten years ago on June 1, 2010. We’ve changed a lot since then: we’ve evolved our services, expanded the team, contracted the team, grown with clients, moved offices, and planted our flag in new cities but our pursuit of excellence in this industry has always remained the same. It’s been our north star and our reason for being. It has gotten us through the highs and lows, and we know it’s what will get us through the unknowable times of today.

A mission is only a mission when it’s embraced by the team. Otherwise it is just words on a page. Since day one, our people have been our superpower working tirelessly to realize our shared goal. That is why we are making a commitment to the next generation of leaders, creators, and doers, who will shape the future of what we do.  We’re building a new initiative – harnessing our approach to talent identification, development and deployment to create opportunity for young talent and build capacity in the industry. Our program will nurture young grads through work experience, internships, skill development and applied learning.

As we move into our next decade, in this time that is far from normal, we know our strength as an industry is in our collective ability to grow and adapt. We believe investing in people is the key to unlocking our shared potential. Now, more than ever.
